Amazing yoga studio with attentive, caring and experienced yoga instructors. Carlie is an incredible instructor with vibrant and inspiring energy. The midday flow classes with her never get boring because she adds new elements/poses/ challenges every day. I feel so lucky that I found this studio and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to start practicing yoga!
I attended two classes and both of them felt very intimate and engaging. The instrctors made the class personable and overall, they were very effective classes, physically and spiritually. I highly encourage anyone looking to try our yoga, to start here.
I drove from Huntley in the pouring rain to meet my cousin at Sun and Moon. It did not disappoint. We focused on the spine and used the ball, I walked out feeling great. I plan on going to more classes.
