This placed should have their pharmaceutical license stripped away. It’s like they go out of their way to never keep medications in stock and hire incompetent employees. My daughter suffers from a rare disease requiring seizure medication and despite asking management to keep these medications in stock for refills, they continuously fail to order them knowing that I will be back at the same time every 30 days. They send you to other CVSs claiming they have the medication in stock when they don’t. They have a failed inventory system and even worse employees. Don’t go there unless you absolutely have to, and expect to be inconvenienced quite often. Today, I was told to wait 30 minutes so they can prepare one of her medications. After coming back 30 minutes later, they said they never had it to begin with. This is just one of many examples on how they should not be in the pharmaceutical business. Go to Walgreens, much better service. Only using them because of insurance.

After every time I leave this location, I wonder why I come here. Every single visit (the pharmacy) takes at least 30 minutes. The incompetence is mind blowing. Horrible customer service. Never apologetic or friendly. Each customer somehow takes 15 minutes to take care of. I need a new location for meds. I can’t take this place anymore.

The manager at this location sienna or Sierra has an awful attitude. The customer service is not worth going into this store.

This place has its highs and lows. Mostly lows. Oftentimes, they lack customer service skills, and the tenacity to assist those who are there to pick up their medication. Most of them do not know what they are talking about in regards to policies, and information about medication. The language barrier is one thing, but there is no willingness to help whatsoever. Don't even bother calling them, you will be put on hold for the remainder of your life. There is a lot of room for improvement with this specific location.
