I have never experienced such wonderful customer service at a car dealership before! Everyone here is so amazing and helpful. Ask for Harry in sales, he's fun to work with and makes you feel comfortable right away! Very patient and an overall great person! Paul in service department is my guy! I wouldn't take my car to anyone else! Highly recommend!

Lies and dirty sales tricks don't buy here!nThat's not the case I was called and told the numbers we agreed upon where approved and dragged in the perspective buyers with EXCELLENT credit who your finance department tried to hit with 5.9% why did Sara call me and have us come down? Just more evidence of the lies that go on at your store.

It was a pleasure working with the sales department as they were extremely dedicated. Unfortunately, all of their hard work was negated by the rude and unprofessional finance employee.nnSo, we finalized an all-cash offer with the sales department. For this reason, we requested to not pull the hard credit, since it will affect my credit score, and I am using cash only to pay. They agreed and ran an OFAC inquiry to meet the government mandate/requirement. So far so good. We signed some papers, and I was told that I need to bring either hard cash or a cashier’s check the following day when I come to sign the final paperwork. I was told that I would get possession of the car after the bank clears the check, which they told me would be one day. So, I returned the next day with the cashier’s check and to sign the final paperwork in finance office.nnTo my complete surprise, the finance person told me that I would gain possession of the car a week later and not in a day or two. I mentioned that cashier’s check only takes a day to clear and not a week. After being greeted by her neglect for my concerns, I proceeded to tell her that the sales manager told us the previous day that it will take one day before we will be able to pick up the car if we used the cashier’s check. Since we received contradictory information in the finance box, we expressed our concern just to be suppressed with her rude and unprofessional attitude. It felt like we were doing her a favor by buying a car through her dealership. She was not listening to us, and it felt as if we were talking to a wall. She continued to be busy on her computer while we voiced our concerns. On top of that, she talked to us very rudely even when she did respond to our worries. After a conversation that seemed to be going nowhere, we decided that it was time to leave.nnI never had such an unpleasant experience buying a car, and I felt really bad for sales associate since all of his hard work and time just went down the drain because of incompetent finance person. I will not be returning to this dealership again and will request my friends and family to do the same.

McGrath Acura Morton Grove is a great dealership. I purchased my two door Nissan from here and they treated me very well and made sure my request for my car was met. Daniel and Nithin on the sales team where very great. Also Aimee in finance was more than helpful. Great experience and great team of people who work well together!

This a Friendly, courteous dealership with knowledgeable staff.nnWe purchased a 2020 RDX back in July of 2019.nnThey stepped up to the table with an offer we couldn’t refuse since they wanted to unload this model (it was a color we initially didn’t want but we ended up comprising due to the price).
