Our family just bought our first brand new car this week! We had great service the moment we entered the lot. Great prices but overall exceptional service. Our sales representative was Ryan. He was very helpful in helping us find the best fit for us and very knowledgeable about all the cars we were considering. On top of that he was so patient and waited for us till the very end so we can lock the best deal and leave happy. I highly recommend him if you are looking for the best service great prices and an awesome experience in your car search.

My husband and I picked out a few cars to drive here online and made an appointment. Marten was our sales person and he was great. Not pushy at all, gave us plenty of time to check things out and zero pressure. The finance person also explained all of the options available with cost and allowed me to choose. The entire process was fast, easy and painless.

We can not say enough good words about Castle Honda. This is the 5th car that we have bought from Castle and it is because we have always had such wonderful customer service from Harris!! He has been awesome to work with and has always given us a great deal. We have bought 4 new cars but, when our daughter in-law needed a used car once again Harris was able to find us a good car with a great price. We would not hesitate to give him a 5 star rating! The manager was also easy to deal with and the gentleman who did the extended warranty was also great. Our advice don't go anywhere else but Honda Castle and ask for Harris!

Buying a car is so hard and stressful specially if you are a girl but not if George is your sells person. He made it so simple and easy. His knowledge about cars is unquestionable. I had tons of questions and he answered patiently all of them. I purchased new Honda HRV, this is my third car that I bought but this was first time that my sells person not only connected my cell phone to the car but also explained all details about car. I left dealership very happy and knowledgeable about my new car. Thank you so much George for your help and professionalism. I also wanted to mention my gratitude for the Finance Manager Shamoun. He made the whole financial process so easy . Thank you Castle Honda Team I will be definitely back .

We liked our 2014 Honda Pilot purchased from Harris so we decided to go back to purchase our 2021 Honda Pilot. When we got to Castle Honda, Harris remembered us and was excited to help us. He is a knowledgeable sales person and was able to answer all our questions and show us all the details of options available. Before making a final decision Harris had us take a test drive in one of their demo cars to make sure we were comfortable with our vehicle of choice. When we decided to buy a Pilot Touring model, Harris worked with us and the sales manager and got us what we believe was the best price possible. And when the vehicle came in, it was exactly what we wanted. It was a great experience dealing with Harris and Castle Honda.
