Best towing and mechanic experience that I've had to date! They provided only top notch customer service and you could tell they only wanted the best for you; they didn't try to scam me out of a non-existing problem like other mechanics have done. Only my highest recommendations. Chris specifically communicated with me throughout the repair process, really good guy and went out of his way to work around my schedule. When your alternator dies at night on the expressway, it’s hard to get someone to help right away. James from autopal was great! He shared his location and communicated to make sure he knew where I was in order to get to me right away. They towed my car all the way to Indiana without any questions.
