Brought in company vehicle for routine maintenance and was in and out within the hour. Very professional.
I was treated respectfully and showed cars that interested me and that I requested. I left satisfied. I returned to get help on my navigation package and my salesman, Edgar, came right out and showed me what i needed.nI'd recommend Edgar, Nick the manager to do business with. There was not one person who ignored my questions, and truthfully some of these questions were boring. Finally, I experienced something in very short supply:nhonest answers.
One word. Fraud. Welcome to golf mill ford where you take your car in for a oil change and they charge you 150$ for a diagnostic you didn’t need then threaten to keep your car from you unless you pay them then 150$ for a service never needed then when you attempt to question there credibility as a dealership the ban you from the store and say If you ever come back you will be removed from the store no wonder this dealership has so many bad reviews will be contacting corporate ford, The BBB, and will have a lovely time talking to the general manger in the morning
Cars, cars, cars galore and if you have a fairly new one you need to bring it for service. Service was done professionally, reasonably quick with one small problem...car wash that is offered free of charge to clients was not working so my car left with fresh oil but with dusty look.
