Between our immediate and extended family, we have purchased many cars over the years at Bredemann going back to their downtown location in Park Ridge. We don't have a certain sales person we work with, we just go with whoever takes us and we've always been treated well. They have the best service department we've experienced, which is why we keep going back. We have even bought a Toyota, or traded a car in to switch to one, even though their model may not be top of our list just for the good deals and awesome service. They really are the best.

Let me share my experience. I live 40 miles south of Bredemann Toyota and there are 4 different dealerships within 10 miles of me but I chose to visit Bredemann because of knowledgeable service folks. Ahmed is a master Toyota technician who has a lot of experience with the hybrid systems. His YouTube channel is very informative and he is honest. It is hard to find technicians who are really good with the hybrid systems and if you treat the hybrid system right, it will last 250,000 miles easily. So, I would highly recommend technician Ahmed if you would like to get your hybrid vehicle serviced.

This dealership exemplifies everything that the Toyota brand name evokes. Their Sales team, especially Jerry Giec , are simply perfect in every interaction. Buying a car here is an experience not to be missednThe outstanding experience doesn’t end with the purchase. The Service team is absolutely fantastic. It’s a true pleasure to take my cars in for any maintenance. Mike Cooper And Service team are by far the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. I trust them completely with all of my cars.

Great buying experience! They found me the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Even though my trade-in had some minor damage, they gave me top dollar, -$1000 more than another dealer offered. The checkout/finance process was the smoothest and fastest I have ever experienced.
