My sister and I have purchased a few cars over the past few years through Patsy and Tom. They went above and beyond to help out with anything we needed. Patsy is not only an amazing sales person, but she is genuine and such a caring person that even helped me get one of my dream cars this month. I have never felt so comfortable purchasing a car through anyone with the way I did through Patsy. I absolutely adore her! I highly recommend coming to this dealership if you are planning on purchasing a new vehicle. 100% recommend!

My salesman Joe quoted me a line from Mr. Bredemann himself supposedly. Don't fall for it like I did. And the Finance Manager, well I am sure he makes a ton of money for the dealership but in my strong opinion receives a lot of complaints. To the point I will save $16,358 in payments on a similar valued vehicle I purchased at a competitors dealership. Add another $3,600 for an extended warranty Bredemann charged me for I'm close to $20K in savings. The other dealership there was no additional charge.

The sales associate, Henry, was great. Helped us find what we needed and got everything lined out for us. However, the issue is with the process of everyrhing after we left Henry's care. We are from out of state and traveled here to get our truck. We received our temp tags signed all the paperwork. Fast forward almost 60 days later, our temp tags are expired and can't drive the vehicle, which we use for our business, legally. They use an outsourced company to apply for out of state tags. Apparently the company forgot to sign paperwork properly and it had to be sent back. When I requested another temp tag I was told NO and that per the governor of my state, we had a 90 day grace period. We'll that was only true from March 2020 to September 2020. I then explained this to the dealership. They don't want to listen and keep telling me a few more days, just a few more days. We'll now we are a month later. Now they have gone to ignoring me and not returning emails or phone calls. So the experience for us overall sucked. Mishandling of tags initially, not providing proper legal documents when requested, lied to / misinformed and now ignored. Save yourself some pain trouble, shop elsewhere.
