Bought a used car here from Darren C. here a little over a year ago. No issues - he's a genuine guy and takes care of his customers! He worked with me, what I had to offer, and created an easy and relaxed atmosphere for my buying process.nnToday, I came into the store with a small issue and Darren eagerly took care of my needs. I've bought 2 cars from this dealership over the past 11 yrs, albeit the first was under previous ownership. In the past 33 yrs I've bought many new cars from multiple dealerships all over the Chicagoland area. Some experiences were okay, and some were brutal. 2 of my best car buying experiences were at this location. I recently purchased a 2021 vehicle, and had a fairly smooth hassle free experience working with Josh on the purchase, and Kevin C. with the paperwork and financing.

I had the best experience shopping at AutoNation Hyundai O'Hare!! I would like to highly recommend working with Joshua Gonzalez. I went with an idea of what I wanted & Mr. Gonzalez went above and beyond to ensure that I was presented the car that had everything that I was looking for! He answered all my questions the day of and even followed up to make sure I did not have any other concerns! Highly recommend going to this dealership! :)

Professional care from the start! I had a mix up on the scheduling of my appointment for oil change and our Service Adviser, Bob Oberding, did great to get the car serviced while considering my time and his service team ‘s load.
