Great staff, and they always get the order right. But Today waited 25 mins to get a pike place coffee. Understaffed maybe? Sad cuz its one of my favorite coffee place. 15 later than the estimated time since it was an mobile order.
I made a mobile order and on application it said it will be ready in 11-14 minutes, so I waited that time and as it showed ready now , I walked in to pick it up. I saw my order in front of me on the table and the cashier saw me standing there for 5 minutes keeping eye contact with me, helping 2 other people behind me ( it wasn't even busy there) and she kept doing her stuff not bothering to ask me what my order is. Her name was Kate.nnPlease pay more attention to your clients that you SEE standing there for over 5 minutes.
Pretty good place. Will only buy stuff if I have a gift card. Wait times could be better. Overall go to Dunkin Donuts or McDonald's for coffee.
Usual Starbucks. A nice location in uptown Park Ridge area.
Good but can get busy inside and there is no drive thru
