They were supposed to be there in one hour. 4 1/2 hours later and no one showed up. Every time I called them they said a few more minutes. Not even an apology
Called Mr. QuickPick on a Thursday night at 7:15 to request a tow. The operator was very friendly at first, and ensured me that a tow truck would arrive in 30-45 minutes. After 45 minutes had passed, I called the operator back, and he told me that the tow truck would arrive any minute. After waiting another 30 minutes, I tried calling 5 or 6 times, but could never got ahold of him. If you’re not going to show up, just tell me so I don’t waste my time.
I called the towing company, they were at my house within 20 minutes and they followed me to where I was having my car serviced, to make sure I got there safely.. I highly recommend this company
They did a great job, I'll highly recommend them to anyone.
