These guys are great and I would highly recommend them. Late Friday afternoon (today) my truck wouldn’t start so I had it towed to Mercer auto. They said they couldn’t get to my truck until Monday. However, twenty minutes after I left the shop they were calling me to tell me my truck was fixed. Turns out it was a loose battery cable they diagnosed and fixed AND then didn’t charge me!! Obviously, great customer service is a way of life at Mercer.

Esteban and Justin were great! They were professional, on-time, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Esteban went absolutely above and beyond multiple times. I highly recommend their services, and I will be returning!

I was on vacation and had an issue with my brakes on a rav 4 and took it to Mercer. At first I was skeptical when I inquired about an oil change and they only gave me 100% synthetic prices but after I asked if they had a blended oil they provided more reasonable pricing. Following that, they looked into the brake issue and notified me within a reasonable time to what was wrong, after research I decided to not go with them but they provided transparent communication on what was wrong and said I should be fine to drive back to the East coast as is. I would recommend this shop if you don’t mind paying the Park City premium. Justin the GM provided great service.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Mercer. I've brought two older vehicles in, one for a find everything that's wrong kind of service and the other for an emergency ( lost power steering). Mercer is responsive, put together and communicative in the repair of your vehicle. I've taken my vehicles to many different shops over the years and Mercer is a standout. I'm a loyal customer now.
