We traveled from out of state for a particular vehicle. James and the rest of the staff were so helpful during the process with sending us videos and pictures when requested as well as getting the financing taken care of. By the time we made it to our appointment everything was lined up so it went so quickly. Best car buying experience!
Got my 2017 Chevy volt from Driven Auto of Oak Forest over the weekend. It was a smooth and flawless transaction. Working with James Masoud was a great experience he went the extra mile for me and made sure that I got everything that I wanted. He even got back to me on his day off can’t recommend them enough. If you are looking for a car buying experience without pain would recommend go there and asking for James you will not regret it.
