The people I came into contact with were rude the person responsible for bringing my purchase to the front damaged the underside of the car. They were unwilling to even talk about reimbursement.
I started buying cars here and they were never friendly to deal with the first month I got $50000 in cars some good some bad but more good,I stopped buying cars because I went into the hospital and I told them that . My parent got there with a bank check at 5:01 and they won't take it said that he was to late so we had to pay late fee and storage fees,so if you don't die you better not buy anything from this place because the reason why we were late who ever was going to to call me back never called till about 4:00 and that's after we called 3 times and she was on her way home already thanks so much for the way that your company does business it sure sucks
Very sleazy place. I bought a car that clearly stated as a run and drive. Transmission was bad. So it does not run and drive. They refused to refund the money and only offered to resell the car. I will be contacting the better business borrow after this post.
I was treated very well and professionally. The lady that helped me grt my stuff from my wreckage was helpfull and nice.
