Food was hot and the drive-thru was pretty fast. Did I say the food was hot?

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but it's frustrating consistently getting dry, stale McNuggets (both regular and spicy). It's even worse that this happens during dinner rushes and not just less busy times. It's a shame because the drive thru is usually quick, staff are friendly, and most other menu items come as expected. I'm going to take a break from this specific location for a while.

5a.m Friday Nov. 6, 2020. I ordered Hot Cakes Big Breakfast through the Drive-thru. I received no Pancake Syrup, the ENTIRE BREAKFAST WAS COLD. I am spending time @ a local hotel. It was too much to return the meal. I am not a frequent buyer of any McDonald's. It will be years before I return to another McDonald's.

fries were fresh, quick thru the drive thru, just didnt like while i was getting my food i was asking for a spoon and napkins and she slammed the window closed, otherwise i would have gave it 5 stars

This McDonald's is typically pretty good. At least when I purchased my food from here either through the drive-through or walking in the dining area my experience has been good. Tonight the lady working the window seems to have an attitude, she has on the headset for the drive-thru and also and earbuds so she didn't hear me saying anything to her. She just took my card swiped it close the window as I was asking the question. Came back gave me my food close the window as I was requesting sauce. I have to sit there and wave her down as she walked back towards the drive-thru window for to get her attention. Totally unprofessional. I understand working at night and it can be boring or you can work with someone you're frustrated with but you still have to have some type of professionalism about doing your job!
