I was actually in an auto accident and had to have my car repaired. We chose Cascade's Park City location to work on our car. They were very professional. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. I was given a couple of courtesy calls just to let me know how things were going (Thank you Sheryl and Jonathan). They were very organized and I never had to worry if they knew what they were doing. They worked with my auto insurance seamlessly. Our car was ready 4 days before their estimated date. And the work done on the car is great. We have no complaints. I would definitely recommend them.
Cascade was amazing after my fender bender. Cheryl took care of all the insurance and rental car details and I had texts to keep me informed at my convenience. Everyone was extra professional and nice! Will recommend and be back if needed!
My car was rear-ended in an accident. Cascade Collision Repair worked with the insurance company to make sure all repairs were covered. I opted for text updates which was nice to know the status of the repairs. I also received emails with itemized totals. The work was completed on time and looks brand new. Sheryl usually answered the phone and was so pleasant and helpful. Jonathon was quick to respond with both email and text. Very professional organization. I drove away with complete confidence that my car was repaired completely and safely.
They were very professional and kind. It was a very pleasant experience and I even got my vehicle back early! I would use again for sure!
Finally I went back to cascade collision they fix my car.excellent service just ask Jonathan and Troy they are amazing,honest,great people.they did a great job for my car im so happy.
