A fine place to go if you wish to clean up your act. Adjacent to the Apollo Theater, the interior doubles as an antique shop. Nothing is for sale but the haircuts. The family has offered fine tonsorial services for two or three generations in this space. It's a barbering family, so look for a Franklin's in Sheffield too. Hair cuts are modestly priced. A customer awaiting his turn will probably open the door for you. Eavesdrop on conversations. Everyone does. As you step out onto the sidewalk, expect to hear a salutation or two from a farmer visiting town for the day.

Franklin's barber shop is the most enjoyable place to visit still have 25 cent cokes ,very nostalgic he has old time barber chairs what a hoot!
