Excellent service on a used car we purchased. Harold Zeigler and the service department went above and beyond to resolve our issues and make sure we had the use of a loaner car while ours was being serviced. This is a dealership that stands behind the vehicles they sell and provides excellent customer service.
I has already spoke with someone so they knew which vehicles I was interested in. When we got to Piehl's the cars were ready plus another one they had traded after we made out appointment. Chris was roaring to go helping us. We ended up buying a vehicle that wasn't one of my choices, but we fell in love with it. We chose Piehl because they are so helpful and in my opinion honest. They are always friendly & helpful.
Recently bought a new van with my wife. John was absolutely amazing. Didn't give us any pressure to buy the vehicle he thought we should have. He listened to what we wanted and found us the best deal with the information we gave. Dan in finance had all the paperwork ready and even helped get us the loan to get the van. Fast and easy process, all together about 4 hours from start to finish on buying the vehicle. Will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle in the future.
I went to Piehl motors after I received a card that said, “you’ll never get more for your trade than you will right now”. They upheld that promise. Everyone was super friendly. It was a great experience.
