The staff at this location is amazing! Alyssa was super friendly and patient while my girlfriend and I ordered, and when our card was declined she covered our purchase! Definitely the friendliest Starbucks we have been to.
The guy working the window this morning was one of the most pleasant humans I've ever met!
I would not go to this location anymore.nFor whatever reason when you order a STRAWBERRY refresher they have decided to not put any strawberries in here.nLast time I went the was 1/2 a strawberry cut into 3 pieces for my 30 oz drink.nThis time there was non.nIf there is was a shortage or lack of strawberries you should be communicating it to customers. Lack of Fruit in a refresher leads to a very different visual and makes people think they didn’t get the right drink/ not getting what they paid for.nnThe fact this has happened twice at the same location shows it’s poor management and lack of standards.nnGo somewhere when you spend $5 on a drink you don’t feel screwed because they don’t wanna make it right for you.nMcDonald’s literally provides better coffee services in Belvedere atleast.
My usual was perfect. New place but same wonderful experience as my local shop.
The Coffee ☕ is so Great!!! So Rich and Tasty!!! It's gonna be an everyday occurrence, I believe!! Enjoy!!
