Well at first we had a bad experience with their tech Jeff. He was super rude. But over all the experience has been very good. Danny is a great tech and has been amazing though everything and very thorough. Honestly dude deserves a raise. Hes super kind and respectful.
Installed a generator on contract. Responsive.to phone valley questions and sends out quarterly mailers for service appointments. Very curtious.
My mom ended up getting these people from home warranty. Guy had to come back 3 times and broke our trash can and refused to replace the fan they took down. Refused to file paperwork on time. I wish I could get my mom’s money back for the damage they caused. Don’t waste your time.
