I used the O'Fallon, Illinois A Storage Inn location with no issue. Any personnel that I worked with was pleasant, understanding and there to assist you with any needs! I rented my unit for over a year and would have continued to rent with them if needed. I enjoyed the gated access feature the most, as someone who has been the victim of a storage unit robbery years ago. That peace of mind is priceless! The online payment tool also made it very easy for me to stay up to date on payments. I would definitely rent from A Storage Inn again!
Ray was very nice on the phone at explaining the rates and units he had available, and made sure to ask questions about our needs to get us a unit that would work best for us. He told me step by step what I needed to do for the rental agreement, over the phone due to the pandemic. We have had a unit here in the past and the experience was still as great as it was the first time. I would 100% recommend using this place. 24 hr access with gate code and prices are very reasonable for what you get
Ray was super helpful and provided amazing customer support. He walked me through the whole process and it was zero contact to accommodate the pandemic. The storage facility is nice and the unit was clean with no issues. We will definitely use A Storage Inn for future storage needs. Thank you Ray!
Ray was very helpful in helping me find a unit. We had another storage unit leased and when we went to drop off our belongings the unit was not emptied so we had to scramble last minute to find a place. It was right before closing time and he went above and beyond to help us in a pinch. The unit was clean and the process was smooth.
With the difficulty of Covid this process Ray made was very simple and easy. Ray was very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend Storage Inn to everyone in need of storage for a month or even longer. They even provide locks for you that you can keep when your done with your unit.
