Came out to unlock my door. Stood outside for 30 minutes while the serviceman tried to unlock the door. I became concerned because he didn't seem to be able to unlock the door.nI asked him if I would be able to use my key after he was through. He was perturbed that he couldn't unlock the door. After he left my key wouldn't work and I called the company. He came back and told me that my key/lock were at fault. After a long unneccessary discussion he finally agreed to fix the lock. He insisted that it was a faulty lock. I'll never use this company again.nI've never had trouble using my key on the lock.nYou can see the grooves on the lock that the HE did.
I was so grateful finding this place. My key was broken and on its last turn. They helped me and gave me vital information in regards to my options and it didnt take too long. The salesperson didnt try to sell me high priced replacements parts. I will definitely return to this place again.

The granite city location is closed. I lost mc key and found my key code, 10 minutes later out the door reasonable price, lower than expected. Great service. Highly recommend!
