I love this smaller gym. The clientele are definitely dedicated to their fitness and don't waste a lot of time holding machines when others need them. Personal trainers are pretty great as well and you definitely get what you pay for.

The best gym to train at in the O'Fallon area if you are a serious lifter! Awesome hardcore feeling and tons of equipment you won't see anywhere else. Check it out!

By far the best gym around for old school real gym atmosphere and the trainers are totally committed to helping their clients reach their goals and then some. This place feels like “home” and everyone makes one feel that way.
