Newbold BMW provided an amazing little transaction with a sales team that was knowledgeable, polite, and extremely thoughtful.nnBraden was the lead I worked with and I cannot say enough to fully show my gratitude. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Newbold BMW. Joe was an absolute delight. He has integrity and made me feel comfortable from our initial encounter and throughout the entire process of me purchasing my BMW. Andy, went above and beyond to secure a certified car I desired. Carlos was very knowledgeable of all the tech savvy bells and whistles. He walked me through and explained all the functions and answered my various questions. He even answers after hours texts when an emergency arises. I would recommend Newbold BMW. Thank you for great customer service!

I would absolutely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Newbold BMW!! Joe was incredible from the time we stepped on to the lot. His professionalism and ability to LISTEN to what our needs were, led us to the perfect vehicle. The whole process was actually pleasureable versus the standoffish feeling I've had at other locations. Andy and Carlos....top notch in service. I could go on and on about Carlos and his hands on approaching and teaching of the way to many features. How does he remember. Bottom line, if you are looking for a used/certified/new vehicle I highly recommend Newbold. Total team excellence.

Carlos BMW genius earns his title, very good at what he does, very firm speaking. A complete educator. Tanner good salesman very confident man good at what he does and makes the customer feel right at home. Overall experience excellent. Transaction went smooth from start to finish. When we first went to Newbold, Braden was very helpful. After test driving many other brands, we went back to Newbold looking for Braden, who happened to be on vacation. However, Patrick, Carlos and Adam took very good care of us, gave us the deal we were looking for and, when Braden got back, he had a sale! Of all the dealerships we visited, this was, by far, the most friendly customer-minded team. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to check out this dealership. They are the easiest to work with that I have found.
