We’re so happy with our new Traverse we purchased. This is our second car we bought from Jack Schmidt. Our salesman, Andy Rollins, was amazing! He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He answered all of our questions we had and was helpful in getting things set up with our new vehicle. Ronnie is always a pleasure to work with! He definitely makes the vehicle buying process pleasant and easy. Both of their customer service skills are impeccable!

My family has bought cars from Jack Schmitt for years. Their staff is phenomenal, they have a great selection, their cars are all in excellent condition. We usually buy used (though we have bought a couple brand new!), and we are never disappointed with the quality of their inventory and service.nnI came looking to upgrade from my old Corolla, and worked with Bill to find a car that suited my tastes and my budget. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and drive away happy. Frank got me through the paperwork side pretty easily too. No complaints; great service all around!

My wife and I purchased a 2021 Tahoe. The service was excellent. Our salesman was Bill Benjamin and he walked us through everything from start to finish. Bill was very thorough with the vehicle presentation and really took his time to answer any questions we had. Never felt pressured or pushed. Bill was very patient and listened to our family needs. I have purchased three new vehicles in the last 6 months from Jack Schmitt and all three transactions have been great. No haggling or nonsense, Jim and Mike have teamed up to find me the right vehicles for my oldest boy, oldest daughter, and now helped me downsize from a big truck. Great prices on the new vehicles, fair trade-ins without argument, and amazing follow up to make sure we are all happy. I've now dealt with the entire finance team and they were equally good--taking the time to educate my kids on financing processes, interest rates, impacts of paying a little extra every month, and the purpose/value of different service plans a they take over responsibility for taking care of their own cars. Highly recommend!

Matt Shea was amazing with helping me find a used car that’s great on gas, super clean, and drives very well. This was my first time buying a car and I would highly recommend going to them for all your car needs. If you go there, I would recommend talking to Matt Shea. He was super helpful and knows what he’s doing. He made the process for buying a car a lot smoother than what I thought it would be!
