Bought one of the Passat’s with the extended emission warranty from them. First breakdown not long after purchase and trying to get it into their service department was almost impossible. After dealing with rude unprofessional workers I took the car to a different VW dealership and they have been outstanding. Now dealing with third breakdown since purchase and VW will not honor the warranty because of very unavoidable mistake, had Auffenberg explained anything at all when the car was purchased it would have been completely avoided. I will never purchase anything nor recommend them to anyone.

Bought another car from Auffenberg, this time our salesman was Eric Galloway. What an excellent guy, easy to work with, and really helped us find the right vehicle for our family. Awefulberg should be their name I'll never forget the one time I bought a car they called a week later saying they want the car because they couldnt get it financed and I had already put money in to the car window tint new speakers and to top that my trade in was gone ever they have been on my DO NOT BUY LIST FOREVER. I still the car but had to put more money down but never again!

Be very careful with these people they will sell you a knowingly broken car if you don’t find it first. They have no concept of customer service. The “general manager” Clinton was useless and never even showed his face after calling to impress me with his title. Also be ready to be MF’d on the sales lot like I was by the salesman. These guys are slippery ones consider yourselves warned
