CJ made my first car buying experience so easy and enjoyable! He was very kind and answered every question I had! He made sure I understood everything that was happening and what I would be getting with my car. I cannot thank him enough for making the buying experience so amazing!nnTexas was also very helpful to the experience with explaining everything on the financial side! Sales person great, got me a decent deal. But the man from the financing Jake? Or Justin. Whoever. Was absolutely the rudest person I’ve EVER worked with. When the customer has to literally hold up their hand to tell them to stop talking just to get a word in, that’s a pretty awkward situation. I had to do it twice. 8 hours of waiting, coming in ore approved and still having my credit ran again when I was told it wouldn’t hit my credit, but yet is showing up as a hard inquiry.. I will NEVER work with Auffenberg again. Thanks for the car, but the customer service absolutely horrible and wouldn’t not recommend anyone to deal with this. How would you feel walking past someone bad mouthing you as you leave the building because you asked to use your bank rather than a bank the dealership works with. Yeah.. I heard you and I love how you went quiet after you saw I was still there. Maybe the man from financing should consider some working on his people skills, and focus on the customer and not his paycheck.

My first experience was rough. The Service Manager Larry did all he could to make my second experience much better. Thankfully my car has been restored. If you have a rough experience I highly suggest you reach out to Larry specifically and have him make it right. He will go above and beyond.

Wonderful experience purchasing our Altas! Jay was great to work with! No pressure, very casual and comfortable atmosphere. Gone are the days of feeling overwhelmed when buying a car! Thanks Jay for making the experience so fun and relaxed.
