In all honesty, smiling goes a long way. I've worked for McDonald's for almost 10yrs and things need to improve for the better.

Overpriced and employees don’t know how to make hot chocolates. I bought 2 medium hot chocolates and and 1 black coffee. My total for those 3 items was 10 bucks. What i paid for was a decent cup of coffee, a correctly made hot chocolate and one only filled half way. Wo I definitely will not be back any time soon. How in the underworld do you make one drink correct and only fill one halfway?
This Mcdonalds is the worst.....they have no attention to detail and will mess good orders up.nnWhen they did my families order like that, I had an understanding with a manager to get my order right at a later time. Managers above him modified the agreement and did not honor what was stated before.nnI explained that if the personnel was to get it right the first time....they wouldn’t have to replace anything.nnPiss poor customer service and food.nnBeware of wasting your time and money!!
As far as McDonald's goes this one at least has nice and courteous staff. Normally my food is correct too.
