Very nice and clean storage place. The people that work there are really nice and professional. Plus the security is the best if your worried about your stuff. I did my research and this is the best security if your looking for that and it to be clean and nice employee's.
Jeannie was extremely friendly and answered all questions. Location of storage is perfect and the facility is well kept and clean. Security cameras provide comfort and assurance when storing here. Set up process was easy and quick. Highly recommend.
Yesterday I went to istorage for a unit I had no issues I had wonderful detailed service with an lovely lady. She was very nice and it was quick. I do recommend to anyone.
Genie was simply amazing! We walked in and got a storage shed that fit our needs super quick! It’s a very convenient and great cheap place to store your belongings! Highly recommend!!
I wouldn't recommend renting at the IStorage in Pontoon Beach, Illinois. My vehicle was stolen from this facility twice in one month and they could care less. I was informed by the police department that they're cameras aren't that good and they have problems with the gate. The second time my vehicle was stolen this facility's gate was wide open and appeared to be broken. I definitely wouldn't recommend them.
