Cold, closed half the time for no reason at all. Cant seem to get a order correct. They need completely new staff.

Disappointed 2 days in a row. Yesterday top bun of Big Mac was hard and crunchy, bottom bun was another center. Today, Filiet of Fish was speckled with what appeared to be dust from the grill(tiny black specks). Very disappointing. Great service, food a bust.

I just want to give a shout out to the crew on Madison Avenue! Just went through there a few minutes ago super fast friendly and most importantly got the food order correct !!we don't even mess with Johnson Road or pontoon 111 anymore it is very refreshing to finally go somewhere and be treated with respect and good service thank you all so much I hope that you are recognized for this!

Madison Avenue Granite City, Illinois location. Horrible service and the store was a mess! Telling customers that they are too busy to help them in the lobby after ignoring them for the first 10 minutes that they were even standing there in the first place. They have plenty of employees but too busy standing around talking more than working and this was during lock down hours too. I witnessed several people come in and return their food because it was burnt. Manager telling employees that they don’t know how to change the grease for the fryers so they don’t know what to do. Also, the store was an absolute mess. With so many employees it only takes one minute to sweep up a little and wipe down counters. As a former store manager of a fast food restaurant this was all so unacceptable. They need new management badly. The other McDonald’s on Johnson road in Granite City is so much better put together and the staff is a lot more pleasant.
