The food is always good!! Burgers are always hot & juicy. Well made, cheese isn't sliding off onto the wrapper, the lettuce i s crispy!!nNot to much-not to little salt on the hot fresh French fries. If I ask for light ice in my diet Coke it's exactly what I get. Love my neighborhood McD's!!

New chicken sandwich good. Servers don't know what light ice means. Failed that several times. One young woman very unfriendly. Hamburger sandwich ok but could be better. I think Mickey D's has went down hill on quality of food.

Food is always trash! Fries are ALWAYS old. Workers are rude.nnEdit: here’s a pic of one of many orders of old fries I’ve gotten. My son and I fries literally ALWAYS look like this. And if you bring them back to ask for fresh fries, they’ll literally just drop your old fries you brought back into the grease and hand them back to you. I keep giving them the benefit of doubt. But I am done. I do not recommend this McDonald’s. Collinsville McDonald’s is way better and only a couple of miles away from this one!

McDonald's is pretty much the same no matter where you go. Half of the time your order is either wrong or cold.nIf it weren't for their fries (when they're actually fresh) I probably wouldn't ever bother.

Associate that took order was very rude. When I asked for the $5 first base meal for my daughter she said she didn't know what that was. Then when she was ringing the order up I was seeing the car next to me order on my screen. I told her that several times. When I got to the window and went to pay I asked for them to read my order back. The girl at the window started to read to car next to me order. I told her what happened. When I asked the girl at the window she knew what the $5 mela was and said it was an app only thing. I told her that needed to say that on the sign.
