I walk in and this guy Savion already KNOWS what I’m doing here. He says, “listen, I already got you on this.” He had everything laid out and ready to go for me I didn’t even have to talk. The guys at istorage know what they’re doing and I wouldn’t trust anybody else with keeping my personal stuff SAFE. When you walk in, ask about Savion. This man is a life saver. Had a very good experience with all the people that worked at this facility. Savion was very chill and super helpful. He did everything he could to work with me around my schedule. It’s clear they value their customers more than just making a profit. Also the other guy that worked there (didn’t catch his name) did everything he could to try and help me out and get the unit I needed. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

None of the employees at this facility wore a mask in the middle of a pandemic. They showed a blatant disregard for their customers' safety, and for authority, considering there was a state mask mandate at the time. I rented an outdoor unit for 1.5 months, and the unit itself was just average. I booked online and used their autopay feature, which I didn't have any problems with. The road to get in and out of the facility is very tight for moving trucks.
