Dude this place is awesome and cody is like a zen master offering guidance in the least pushy manner possible while maximizing the potential of everyone he comes into contact. They even offer tie dyes which is so awesome. They are packing this place with new equipment everyday and the epic classes are just what I needed to kickstart my weight loss goals. I've signed up everyone I can convince to sign up and will keep talking about this house of personal empowerment to anyone who will listen. Such a great impact on the community

The Zone is an awesome, local gym with phenomenal staff. They can help to provide nutritional info, workout plans, and offer EPOC classes (HIIT classes) 5 days a week! The Zone has a wide variety of equipment and the staff members are always willing to help you learn how to properly use each one. I highly recommend checking this gym out!

I absolutely love this gym! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. The EPOC classes are an amazing cardio workout. I’ve been a member for over a year and come in everyday!! It’s been such a great experience!
