the price is fair and the locations are convenient. but every time I get a couple weeks behind (which I have been multiple times)nthey lock me out quick.nBut then when I pay it up in full or within mere dollars, I wait a week to regain access. one time I waited for over 2 weeks because of the wait on the first week since they only go there once a week. but They for got to unlock it and 2 days later when i went to a still locked unit I waited 4 more days. then they didnt show up on the nested scheduled visit for some good reason and waited 2 more days.. when I asked about credit towards the weeks i couldn't get in I was told its not something they do or not policy.nit put me in so many hard spots when trying to sell stuff so I can barely pay the fees plus buy diapers and other much have household items..nI wish I owned my own building..
The management is great, easy to understand, very truthful and a good person and cheap too, they help you, if you call them for something, like you can not find a car or uh-huh. I love the owner and I will like to do business with her again and again.
