Great customer service and they have climate control!
Great Business Fair Prices Dependable Service!
Clean,and helpful staff.
We used this facility for 1 year. Everything went great except for two issues. We utilized the online system to make our payments, and the system often glitches and does not provide accurate information. In our last month, the online system showed that we hadn’t paid, which we had, so in order to ensure we were being good tenants, we paid again and figured we would just talk to the manager and get a refund. After contacting a manager, he didn’t have any control over anything and stated the owner would have to determine if we could get a refund or not. After some back and forth through the manager, because the owner would not talk to customers, the owner agreed to send a check through the mail.nnOn the days leading up to us moving out, we tried to ask again about the refund and the owner is refusing to give a check in person. He or she insists that it will be mailed.nnGood tenants doesn’t necessarily warrant a good landlord. Terrible customer service by the owner.
It is a very quiet storage facility. Also it is kept very clean. The units are adorable for the size. I will definitely recommend to others.
