JC was phenomenal. I had submitted a request for info through a third party website, and was quickly, professionally and thoroughly answered within the day. He utilized my preferred method of contact and sent numerous pictures of a Jeep I was inquiring about, even though it was 9 degrees outside and snowing. He was not pushy (as some dealerships have been in my past), very professional during the showing as well as the administrative portionsnnI also spoke with the Owner, Ray. Tim in Sales was awesome. As soon as we pulled in he was right there, in the pouring down rain, ready to help us. He let us test drive both of the Jeeps we were looking at. He was patient and offered us a soda. I love that they will drive to you and give you a loaner vehicle while they service your vehicle.
Tim, in Sales, is an awesome person with a great personality. He goes above and beyond to make your buying experience easy. He is very knowledgeable and will find what you are looking for if you ask him. Everyone in the Services department are friendly and helpful. They are quick to get you in and just as fast getting you back on the road. I will buy all my vehicles from them. Very impressed!
Real review and I’m not a bot...nI didn’t purchase here, but I did call to inquire about a vehicle I saw on autotempest.nWas told they didn’t want to sell it yet because it had a minor issue with the transmission.nThat simple act of integrity deserves 5 stars. Maybe somewhere down the road they will have something I want to buy, I made an hour drive just to see the suv because of their google rating.
We recently made a purchase from Freedom. We started the process remotely working via emails and texts. I live out of state and was attempting to help my sister purchase a new Jeep.
