Was thinking we were going to have to have a key cut for our new car but they only had to put a little lube in the lock and the one we had worked. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Awesomeness!

Mary was very nice and easy to speak with and she set me up with Don who could help us with an over 100 year old family safe that we needed to get into. Don came to the house, gave me options, was very knowledgeable about very old safes like ours and just when we thought we would have to take a lot of time and money to get the safe open, while tinkering with it he got it open for us! He knew exactly what to look for and how to adjust our combination to open this vintage safe and saved us hundreds if not thousands of dollars and time by getting this open for us. I highly recommend this company!!!

I Brought In A Lock From An Old 60's Toolbox That Needed Keys Made, And For Under $20 They Did The Job. It Definitely Gave Them A Challenge, But They Got The Job Done. The Lock Works Smoothly And I Couldn't Be Happier. The Owner Is A Great Guy And Nice To Talk To

Highly recommend. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We called because we had both keys stolen for a '12 Explorer which left us with a useless vehicle sitting in the driveway. Was told she would call back with an estimate, but that it would be around a week to get us on the schedule. The office called back within a half an hour with the estimate and that they could squeeze us in on the next business day. Doug just left our house and left us with 2 working keys and my wife said he is possibly the nicest man she has ever met. Great service, great price, and great people to work with.

Doug came out and after trying to program a new key and ignition on a 2009 Ford Focus and not receiving a signal noticed I had cracked the ignition immobilizer while installing the new ignition. I got a new one and Doug came back out and now it works like a charm. Thanks Doug Great service and I will definitely voice my recommendation to all my friends and family.
