I've had great results with this camp, losing almost 70lbs in the last 2 years. Brandy is wonderful! She is a nutritionist & trainer, she's certified in corrective training & personalizes the group training to meet the needs of her clients. It is a supportive, women only atmosphere. She will give you all the tools you need to live a healthier, happier life. She is great with all sizes, ages, and fitness levels.
I highly recommend Fusion to anyone!! The environment at Fusion is great. Brandy does a great job at keeping you motivated and she helps you reach your goals. Best environment for working out with a group of ladies. Sometimes joining a gym can be intimidating, but Brandy and everyone in the group are very helpful and supportive. There is no obligation/contract, you can do a month to month membership(at no additional cost).
Great place to workout!!! Brandy pushes me harder than I would ever push myself to get the results that I want. She is always available for questions & willing to help & motivate. It is an awesome environment!!
Started the boot camp in early 2016 and loved the energy and knowledge that Brandy gives at every workout. Lost weight and felt great for my June wedding. Slacked off for awhile after that and found myself back at camp a couple weeks ago. Everyone hates working out but this environment makes it less of a chore and more of a chance to learn; learn why I'm supposed to eat this and not that, learn how to do the moves so I don't destroy my knees or break my neck. I would rather have someone push me to do my best and hold me accountable for slacking off than give someone my money who doesn't care if I ever reach my goals.
A trainer who enjoys to help you and thrives off you and what you want to look like!! She is very knowledgeable and dedicated!! Hands down best trainer ever!! I did give 10 stars !!
