Can't say enough great stuff about this fitness place! Staff guides you to the knowledge on how to have a successful improvement on physicall and mental lifestyle And at the same time they help you learn how to have a healthy diet plan. A little over two years ago I signed up at this gym. It was great!! People were friendly and it's super convenient if you needed a 24hr place without the ridiculous fees. Really close to where I work and all. I would've gave them 5 stars except for one thing: they charged $25 to my bank account this month and I cancelled my membership almost two years ago. So... what's the big deal? I've called this place several times and have left several messages since last week, and nothing. No callback. I tried to check the gym's website and it no longer works. Checked the gym's Facebook page and no where to send a message. I seriously don't know what to do here. This is honestly bad business. If you can't even pick up the phone, how are you supposed to have satisfied customers? Doesn't matter if it is a gym, it'll always be categorized as a BUSINESS. Therefore, you need to be a proper business owner. Super disappointed in this place. If anyone knows how to get into contact with the owner, that would be greatly appreciated!
