We had a fantastic experience. We called them and had someone out to the house the next day. Morgan arrived in time and we very professional and courteous. He took time to explain what was wrong and explained our options. He had our heat working again in no time and the price was very fair. Will definitely use them again!! 5 stars!

Had them to verify an electrical relaywas bad as requested by supplier of the equipment (had a replacement on the way before call), instead of saying they don’t have the expertise for that, they sent a tech out to service. Spent 3hrs on the issue to say it wasn’t the relay. The next day the relay comes in, it’s replaced. Problems solved. The bill I was giving was around $300 with a 4% charge for using a debit(this was later refunded because that’s not their policy on debit cards). I called to request a partial refund since the guy didn’t solve my problem after the answer was already giving and they refused because the tech was there for that time.nnI did not expect a full refund and never asked, I just thought it was be appropriate to get some of the money back since he didn’t do what was requested. And suggested an opposite answer of what phone techs have concluded.nnI do not recommend using, since customer satisfaction was not the goal. It seems they want to run their time up along with possibly providing incorrect service for the job. They will take advantage of you if you don’t have a clue.

Mr. Reed and his team are exceptional. I recently got a new home, and it had outdated electrical. Mr. Reed was extremely reasonable with his pricing and they did an immaculate job. While everyone else was charging me an outrageous amount for the work needing to be done, Mr. Reed showed his honesty to me with the pricing he setup. His team are some of the most courteous and professional individuals you will ever encounter. Whatever question I had, they always answered with pride. The job took three days, and I am still amazed by the reasonable pricing I was provided. I will not hesitate to reach out to Mr. Reed again, and he will always do any future electrical work for me. Stop reading my review and call these guys now! They will not disappoint you, nor give you an outlandish estimate like the guy next door!

Needed a new circuit for a microwave, they were responsive on the phone, good about letting me know their schedule and when I could expect to hear from them. The electrician did a great and fast job of the work. Price was even better than I expected.

Repair was scheduled with minimal delay and the technician arrived when promised. He knew exactly what was wrong, what part was needed, and where to get it locally. He was back within an hour with the part and got it installed and calibrated quickly. Very professional and capable with good technical knowledge. Good communication skills, took time to listen to what I had already determined about the problem and clearly explained what he thought was needed for the repair. We also discussed long term options for replacement of older equipment and will follow up at some time in the future.
