Jason was great! Very fair in pricing, performed an inspection in addition to taking quick care of the repair and made some helpful suggestions when I requested his opinion on other repairs with absolutely no pressure. Very informative and helpful consultation was provided as part of the service. I am happy to have found an electrician services company that I can count on going forward. Thanks!

This is the third service I have used Service Detectives for: 2 for electrical and one for A/C related. Absolutely love their process! I had somewhat of an emergency concern when I discovered the outlet in my barn was fried where I connect my trough heater. I called yesterday morning and Jason was out first thing this morning and had with him what was needed to make the repair and also had a surge protector installed on the utility box to further protect my house. Jason explains how things work and is extremely personable. In addition you are texted when they leave to head your direction as well as text confirmation of your appointment and text a thank you as soon as they are done. Awesome experience again!

In this day & age, it is truly difficult to find a company with old time values. This is an exceptional company, with extremely competent service people. I was taught, when I worked in someone's home, when you leave, the people shouldn't even know you were there. That truly is Service Detectives motto. They cleaned as they went through the repair, and other than everything working properly, you would neve know they had been there. This is an excellent company to work with. If you need electrical work done, these are the guys.
