Just called to rent a full size truck for my job because I was just in an accident. Person on phone was very rude. Told me he can book one but can’t confirm if it would be available by the time I got there and if it would be a full size truck. Told me to not even bother coming in because he will rent it out before I get there.
Laughed at me twice when I got frustrated that they were charging $200 for a security deposit when the car itself was only going to be $175. Once when I said I was going to have to cancel my reservation, to which I responded “I don’t know what you think is funny” and then both the man in the office and the woman at the desk continued to laugh at me. Super nice to me until they found out I didn’t have $400 to drop when the website said I’d only need $300 total when I reserved the car. Very rude and incredibly unhelpful. If I could give them no stars I would. Also, they make you give them a credit card so they can check your credit before they let you rent the card. So I suppose if you don’t have a high credit score I wouldn’t even waste my time.
Openly laughed at my spouse for not having $25 for their total deposit and laughed again when they had to cancel the car. the absolute disrespect and immaturity is ridiculous and i will be calling corporate.

The man behind the desk is very rude and unprofessional. Has a real poor attitude. Will never go there again. I rent 10-15 vehicles monthly. Enterprise, here I come.
