We have been filing with Jackson Hewitt for years, minus one year... Jane has been our preparer. We couldn't ask for better service, not only through JH, but also with Jane. Had to wait an hour even though I had an appointment. Took another 45 minutes to do my filing. Staff is really nice but very slow.
This place is awesome. I had no clue what i was doing i called and by the end of the call I had my tax return coming. I would HIGHLY recommend you use their services. Millie was amazing and you can always ask for her. This where ill continue to have my taxes done.
Always feel so welcome by Millie and Barbara in the Harrisburg and Benton location. Im not a people person but they are good people. Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication for helping those get their taxes. You guys are awesome!
Excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The tax professional Kelly lenord was wonderful she was very kind. We had our 6 year old son with us and she was very welcome to him. Let him watch movies on her phone. My son loves her! We will definitely be going back to her next year. Thank you for making this tax season enjoyable kelly!!:)
