Michael the manager handled my issue professionally. It was evident to me that he was determined to get both A/C's to his property and install both of them in my rig. He demonstrated how both of them operated and was genuinely caring that I understood how to operate them too. WELL DONE GUYS!! Thank you all so much for taking such good care of me & my home!!

They gave me a price, then when I was on my way there (2 hour drive) they tell me that they no longer can honor that price and jacked it up 3,000 dollars. That was a dirty move on their part.

I'm glad to read that people have had good experiences with business but our service has been horrible. We are done with Country Campers. Service is terrible & owner will not stand behind customer. Serviceman was not prepared. He did not even have a coil comb to clear drain. He used my rat tail comb. He was not prepared to remove unit to clean (takes 2 people) and would not let my husband help. 3 weeks later air was leaking again. Was going to charge another $190 to fix same problem that was not fixed properly.nUPDATE: Had another company fix our air. Drain holes were not large enough for water to drain. Made drain holes bigger. Finally fixed no thanks to Country Camping.
