This is the best Starbucks I've ever been to. They may have a very long line but the employees are clearly doing their best and they are sure to make your wait time enjoyable. The other day, a hand puppet T-Rex took my order while apologizing for the wait... it is hard to make all of those coffees with such short arms! Loved it! Made my morning while they made my day with a delicious drink chalked full of espresso.

I have always been a loyal Starbucks customer, but today just made me love this Charleston, IL Starbucks that much more! I went in for my birthday drink and got a bakery item as well. The young man that was the cashier was SO sweet and gave me an additional discount and when he gave me my items he and the whole staff dang me happy birthday! It was definitely a bright start to my morning and birthday! I so recommend this Starbucks as well for always getting my order right and being so friendly and professional when they are having hectic busy times! ud83dudc95

This establishment does a great job! Complainers are unfortunately not aware of the fact that things in high demand take more time to get. One of the top rated stores in the district.nnThe store was out of product due to circumstances out of their control! Including that fact that trucks with product come from Texas. The weather kept it from coming. MOST people seemed very understanding.nnThis store has seen a lot of improvement over the past year.

This particular location has an awsome staff! They made my little niece a special strawberry frap and made her feel so VIP.

They never have what you order. I order online and when I go to pick up they either don’t have the food item I ordered or they don’t have the stuff to make the drink. They’re very inconsistent with the way drinks are made and they are extremely slow. I order online for a reason and somehow 10 minutes later when I go in to get my stuff they’re just starting it. Not to mention most of the staff is very unfriendly.
