I have been here twice and each time the bbq, and staff, have been fantastic! The burnt ends, ribs, brisket, mac and cheese. *Drools* If you're in Quincy to get your shot, or even visit, make time to visit Fatbacks. You won't regret it.

Best BBQ in town, and such a great variety of foods. And the staff is always pleasant and great to work with, whether we're just picking up dinner or they're catering our small wedding reception.

Best place to eat in Tri States , I travel a hour to eat often when there's no snow ..... got bottle of sauce and they forgot to give it to me but the lady said she was about to call me ... that's service in 2021!

Try the coleslaw and brisket! I'm sure everything is delicious, but these two hooked me on Fatbacks!
