Terrible service, food was cold, they tried to give us two different meals, and they forgot our straws/zesty sauce even though we asked for both several times. I had to call the number because they would not answer the door. Then the manager said sorry but we are severely understaffed for an only drive thru and grub hub orders are you kidding me.

Just went to burger king on 36th st in quincy IL and probably the worst i ever had my drink literally had bugs all over it yes they really handed me a drink with bugs on it food was like thrown together and wasn’t very good i do not recommend this location wish i would of gotten a picture for proof
