Usually I like steak and shake it was not particularly good. The portions were very small our bill was $16 and 2 hours later we had to stop somewhere else to get something else to eat because it just was not feeling meal was very disappointed I will not ever ever go back to this one again. And actually for the first time I do not recommend the steak and shake to anybody..
Not completely terrible. Had our milkshakes brought out before the food. Just kind of put down at the table. One was the wrong flavor. Staff didnt seem to know which was which when the put them down. Never got two items we ordered even after reminding them. Food wasnt correct. Only redeeming factor was the waitress offering to get us the forgotten items for free before we left. The sentiment was appreciated.nIt's pretty much the experience at any fast food place these days though.nTake a look at the bacon you get. Not sure how anyone can be comfortable eating it.
They have good food and great customer service. Their only downfall was no cooks had hair nets/hat or gloves on. Also their fries weren't that fresh but it was still good
Got our food very fast. Skimpy serving of fries. Overall visit was great. Wifi connection very weak
Steak n shake got good for a couple months. The last few times I've gone there for dinner it's been horrible. the staff is slow, half of them are out smoking by the drive thru speaker. Tonight they were smoking pot. I won't be back for a long time.
