First time ever eating here. Food I ordered was great! Loved the bread sticks! The lady that was tending tables was soo polite and helpful. Wonderful person. Her name was Debbie. Thank you so much

After a really long day of shopping I wanted to take home dinner to my family. I stopped at Fazoli’s in Quincy Illinois through the drive-through, and was greeted by the most pleasant young lady by the name of Skye. Skye was very kind and helpful through the drive-through and was willing to answer my questions and I really appreciated the wonderful service! This young lady is somebody I would love to have on my team and wanted to share how fortunate you are to have her on your team. Thank you for making my night easy and cooking A wonderful supper for my family. And most importantly thank you for the pleasant experience at your restaurant during such a difficult time in our country. God bless!:-)

Close your eyes and taste, you'd never know this was a fast food place. Tastes like it was slow cooked in a family home, really good !!!

One of my favorite places to eat in Quincy. I like the lunch menu. Drink salad and pasta or pizza for $6 Their lasagna is my favorite. Customer service could use some pointers. Breadsticks need to be offered at every meal. Instead you have to go beg for them. and then sometimes they forget to bring them to the table when they are out of the ovennStill my favorite
