Great service department! Bought several cars here. Always take care of your vehicle and even picked up and dropped it back off after repair! Parts department is very knowledgeable and quick. Highly recommend for all your Chevrolet needs!
Brenda in sales is awesome! I am about 2 hours away and she went above and beyond to see if a car had certain features that would not normally be listed in an ad. We made the drive out, the vehicle looked great, and Brenda helped us out the whole way through. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
Called on a Friday morning about a truck, Brenda said it was still there. So drove 1.5hr to look at it, get there and Brenda tells us another salesman let it go home with some else for the night!!!!! Brenda had my name and number, so she could of easily called to tell me!!
This truck is the 3rd we have purchased from Shottenkirk. The sales man, Rusty Birck and manager Bob Tierney were super. These 2 men went out of the way to make this purchase a good experience. This purchase, out of the 3 has been the best experience. I will and have recommended them to family and friends.
